Checking the assistant…
--:--00your time — and at this hour they're asking too
We set up the one that does reply, on your website and your WhatsApp. And you don't have to take our word for it: message it right now, whatever the hour, and time how long it takes.
No sign-up. No leaving your email. It opens and you type.

01 — Capacity
Think of it for what it is: one more person handling this every single day — one who doesn't take August off, doesn't call in sick and doesn't take what they've learned to your competitor. Below is what it does in a single working day. The difference compared to hiring someone is that it starts tomorrow, costs exactly what it says on this website and you can stop it whenever you like.

02 — What we do

It's 23:47 and someone's asking about a price on your website or your WhatsApp. Today they ask someone else, and by tomorrow they've already bought. With this, they get their answer right away — and you've got their name and phone number on the table when you open up.
Sometimes what's holding you back are the prices, the search bar that can't find what you actually have, the stock that lies or a pay button that never shows up. Before we sell you anything, we take a look at where your money is slipping away. In our own shop we discovered we'd spent seven months unable to take card payments: the dashboard said everything was fine. You can't see that in the settings — you see it by trying to buy something.
Website, shop, social media, SEO and campaigns. Twelve years doing it for businesses along this coast. What changes isn't the craft: it's that the mechanical part is no longer paid by the hour. The machine produces; the judgement is still ours to bring.
03 — While you're away
No need to know what each one does. They all lose exactly the same thing: someone with their wallet in hand who asked, got no answer and carried on looking elsewhere.

23:40“do you have a table for four tonight?”
00:15“what time do you serve until?”
07:10“have you got a slot on Tuesday afternoon?”
21:55“how much does it cost and how long does it take?”
02:30“can you hold it for me until Friday?”
05:20“do you issue invoices to a company name?”
04 — How it works
No departments, no tickets and no meetings to talk about the next meeting. The person who listens to you is the one who builds it, so what you tell us doesn't get lost along the way.

We look at your messages, your emails and your missed calls. We don't make up answers: we take them from what you already reply every day.
We give you a link and you write to it as if you were your most difficult customer. Anything you don't like gets fixed before anyone else sees it.
On your website and on your WhatsApp. You get a notification when someone means business, and everything else stops stealing your afternoon.
05 — Pricing
No lock-in and no small print. If it stops being worth it, you can leave any month you like.

For sole traders and single-location businesses. The assistant that replies and collects the details.
For businesses with a team and a packed diary. Assistant, automatic follow-up and your social media content.
Several locations or several brands. Everything above, with more hands and more automation behind it.
06 — Who we are

Capo Business Plan SL has been since 2014 building websites, shops, campaigns and social media for businesses on the Costa del Sol. AI doesn't replace that craft: it multiplies it.
We know what the season is like, the English customer who writes at three in the morning and the German one who asks for an invoice. That context can't be programmed from another country.
There are no salespeople promising things that someone else will have to deliver. You're talking to the person building yours, from start to finish. That's why we don't take on more projects than we can handle: direct contact stops being direct the moment you stretch it too thin.
07 — What everyone always asks

Because ChatGPT doesn't know your menu, or your prices, or when you close, and it hasn't got your diary in front of it — and it's not in your WhatsApp when someone messages at eleven at night. What you pay for isn't the intelligence: it's the work of putting your business inside it and leaving it up and running. It's the difference between a standard car and a tuned one.
You can tell, and we don't hide it: it says it's the business assistant. Lying about that is the only thing that ends up costing you. What the customer values isn't talking to a human at two in the morning — it's someone answering them.
It only answers with what you've given it. When it doesn't know something, it doesn't improvise: it takes down the details and lets you know. And before it talks to anyone, you test it thoroughly yourself — that week is included.
Yes, and it's part of the job. It complies with the GDPR and the EU AI Regulation: it identifies itself as an assistant, only keeps what's necessary and the customer can ask for their data to be deleted. What we don't do is cold-call strangers, which in Spain is a serious problem.
No. It's added to the one you've got, whatever it is. If you also want to redo it, that's a separate job and we'll quote you for it separately — we won't sneak it into the fee.
You leave. No lock-in and no penalty: you let us know and that's your last month. We'd rather you stayed because it pays off, not because you've signed up for a year.
08 — What we write about
What we've learnt building this, explained in plain English. No “AI will change everything”: what works, what it costs and what you don't need.

ChatGPT has been showing ads in Spain since 24 August. Before paying to appear there, it pays to know what it already says about you for free.
What gets lost between closing and opening again, and how much of that can be automated without the customer noticing.
The question left unanswered and the search that doesn't find what you've actually got in stock.
How to tell the browser who's just curious from the one who's come with money to spend, before you waste the afternoon showing them round.
09 — Let's talk
Open the demo and message it as if you were one of your own customers. If it convinces you, we'll talk; and if not, you'll have saved yourself a meeting.
